This summer I took part in the GlogauAIR online residency. It was fast-paced, intense and really beneficial. It involved weekly meetings with a curator that really pushed the work forward. I ended up creating these forms which I’m really happy with, and capturing them in movement - almost off-guard.
I have enjoyed personifying them. It’s something that I’d like to carry on with and explore more. Also the process of making them is more embodied and natural than the 3D work I had done before and I think it helps to create some inner tension within the forms. I’ll keep going.
